🌿 Ingredients:

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Warm milk gently in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Lightly crush the cardamom and cloves using a mortar and pestle.
  3. Add spices to milk and simmer for 7–10 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat, cover, and let steep for 2 more minutes.
  5. Strain, stir in sweetener, and garnish with saffron.
  6. Serve warm, preferably at bedtime.

💡 SPICELIFE Tip:

Gently toast cardamom and clove in a drop of ghee before simmering to unlock their full aroma.
